A line of credit built for how contractors get paid
You buy materials and pay your crew long before the draw or final invoice comes in. A line of credit covers the in-between so you can keep jobs moving.
- Cover materials and payroll between draws
- Take on bigger bids
- No equipment or property pledged

Jobs pay late. Crews and suppliers don’t wait.
Construction runs on other people’s schedules. Draws get held up, change orders take weeks to approve, and retainage can sit for months after you’ve finished. Meanwhile the lumber yard and your crew expect to be paid.
General contractors, roofers, framers, concrete and specialty trades use a Flex Credit Capital line to cover those gaps and to take on work they’d otherwise have to pass on.
Common uses

Questions from contractor owners
Can subcontractors qualify?
Yes. We work with subs and specialty trades as well as general contractors.
Do you look at my backlog or contracts?
We mainly look at your bank statements and revenue. Your contracts can help us understand your business, but they aren’t required.
Can I use it for bonding or deposits?
It’s working capital, so you can use it for most business costs, including deposits. Talk to your advisor about your specific situation.
